Glenda S. Thomas, President & CEO of Electra Grid Solutions, LLC, is dedicated to supporting the electric and gas utility market. As the chief principal of Thomas & Associates Consulting (TAC), she provides expert guidance in diversity, business development, and sustainability consulting.
Glenda’s experience includes serving as the Supplier Diversity Manager for Southern Company Electric Operations, where she worked to expand the company’s presence in communities throughout the Southeast region of the U.S. Prior to that, she held project management and operations management roles at IBM Global Services. Glenda holds a BS in Accounting from Alabama A&M University and a Master of Science in Project Management from George Washington University.
Passionate about making a difference, Glenda is actively involved in various organizations, including World Games 2022, SRMSDC, WBEC SOUTH, American Association of Blacks in Energy, and EEI Executive Business Diversity Committee.
